“Friends with Nature” programme

Observing all the legal regulations, Polpharma wants to do more than what it is required to do by the competent institutions. That is why the Company has been initiating and performing numerous undertakings in the field of ecological education. The purpose of Polpharma’s “Friends with Nature” Program is to build awareness, promote positive models among Company employees and the residents of Starogard Gdański and “infect” them with ecological thinking.
Polpharma encourages its employees to change everyday habits on a daily basis. There are containers for used batteries and CD disk shredders at the entrance to the Company in Starogard, where materials that are brought from home may be disposed of. The Company promotes the use of paper and cloth bags instead of plastic ones. It has also been conducting an energy savings campaign.
