Creating a safe work environment
We consider a safe and healthy work environment one of our top priorities. We have implemented an Integrated Environmental and OSH Management System. Its compliance with international OSH standards is confirmed by the OHSAS 18001 and PN-N-18001 certificates.

Occupational Safety and Health Policy and we continually raise our employees’ awareness in this regard. Employee representatives actively contribute to building a friendly work environment by participating in trade union activities, social workplace inspections and on-site OHS committees.
We implement state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, installations and devices, make improvements in order to eliminate occupational risks and continuously improve working conditions. We eliminate or minimize the use of hazardous chemicals in our manufacturing processes.
We also minimize hazardous and harmful impacts by reducing multi-tonnage production and implementing automation of manufacturing, warehousing and support operations.
