Polpharma is involved in solving the health problems of Polish society by actively supporting the development of medical and pharmaceutical sciences. Through the Polpharma Scientific Foundation, the company finances the most interesting research projects in the medical and pharmaceutical sciences. This is the first foundation of this kind that has been established by a private pharmaceutical company in Poland.

The company supports young and talented scientists by co-financing scholarships under the “Stay with Us” program, which is performed at the initiative of the Polityka Weekly.

 

Polpharma cooperates with medical scientific organizations, such as the Polish Cardiology Society (PTK), the Polish Urology Society (PTU) and the Polish Gastroenterology Society (PTGe). The company sponsors conferences and congresses that are organized by these organizations and assists in issuing numerous scientific publications. In recognition of the commitment to the development of Polish cardiology, Polpharma has been awarded the prestigious title of ”Polish Cardiology Partner” (Partner Polskiej Kardiologii) five times, and three times the title “Friend of Polish Cardiology” (Przyjaciel Polskiej Kardiologii).
