Polpharma is an integral part of the local community and the town of Starogard Gdański.

Polpharma seeks to contribute to the improvement of its employees’ living conditions and to the development of the environment in which it operates by striving to share its resources and conducting a number of activities in order to develop the broadly understood common good.

Polpharma is the largest employer in this part of Pomerania, a significant taxpayer pumping money into the local community, as well as an important customer for products and services that are provided by smaller companies in the region. Polpharma supports numerous local government initiatives as well as local charity, cultural, and sports projects.
