Celebrations of 5 years of the Foundation’s operation

In 2007, the Polpharma Scientific Foundation celebrated its 5^th year of operation. The anniversary was celebrated during the event of the handing out of grants to the laureates of the 5^th issue of the competition. That opportunity was used to hand out medals for service to the development of the Foundation to the members of the Scientific Board (of the current and previous term of office). The medals were made by a well-known medal-making artist, Ryszard Strzelecki

Many people, particularly members of the Scientific Board, who have been devoting their time performing voluntary work for the Foundation, have contributed to the Foundation’s success. In order to thank them for their great work, the Board, at the request of the Management Board of the Foundation, decided to honor them with a medal. The medal was also given to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Polpharma SA, Jerzy Starak, without whose initiative to establish the Foundation we could not celebrate the fifth anniversary of its operation.
