Career Laboratory — the best recruitment campaign in Poland
On 8 February the results of EB Kreator were published — it is the 3rd edition of the major employer branding competition, organized by the GoldenLine portal. Polpharma was announced the winner in the category “The best recruitment campaign”. The company was distinguished for the comprehensive organisation of a one-year internship programme “Polpharmа Career Laboratory”, the first one in Poland, addressed to students and graduates of biotechnology and associated sciences.
The EB Kreator competition strives at promoting achievements and good practices within the scope of employer branding. As many as 100 companies were qualified to the third edition of the competition. They submitted their projects in the following 7 categories: “Career Tab”, “Recruitment Campaign”, “Recruitment Ad”, “Social Media Campaign”, “Employer Branding Campaign”, “Image and Recruitment Video”, “Internal Employer Branding Campaign”.
The internship programme “Polpharma Career Laboratory” won the first prize in the category “The best recruitment campaign”. The jury appreciated the pioneer role in the industry and the development of a broad, nationwide information campaign of a particularly complex formula. The Career Laboratory has already been awarded a Golden Clips statuette — a prestigious award of the PR environment in the Employer Branding category.
At the moment, candidates to the second edition of the internship programme are being recruited.
