“The Business Award of the President of the Republic of Poland is a very prestigious distinction for Polpharma. During the more than three years after privatisation we have been able to create a strong and competitive enterprise. Currently, we are the of the Polish pharmaceuticals market. This distinction is both a milestone for us for the future and as well as motivation for intensified effort aimed at achieving the leader’s position on foreign markets as well, and especially in Central and Eastern Europe,” said Jacek Glinka, President of the Polpharma's Management Board.
“I am glad that Polish companies can combine good tradition with modernity. Achievement of such excellent economic results in a very demanding pharmaceutical industry is a huge success for both the company’s Management Board and for all its employees, even more so given that the competition on the pharmaceutical products market is very tough. Polpharma’s distinction , in my opinion, affirms the Polish pharmaceutical industry’s good standing as a very important sector of the national economy,” wrote Marek Belka, President of the Council of Ministers, in his letter addressed to Polpharma.
