- Innovator 2011 – 1st place in the ranking of twenty one most innovative companies in Poland, conducted by “Wprost” weekly.

Patron of Pharmaceutical Self-Governance in 2011 and 2008 – a title awarded to Polpharma by the Polish Pharmaceutical Chamber for its merits for pharmaceutical self-governance.

Golden Patron of the Foundation – a distinction for charity work awarded to the company by the Work of the New Millennium Foundation.
- 2nd place in “Exact Sciences” category in the Ideal Employer ranking under The Universum Student Survey, among students of Polish universities.

The 1st place in the ranking of most innovative enterprises in Poland, published by the Economic Sciences Institute of the Polish Academy of Science.

The 1st place in the Vth edition of Ranking of Responsible Companies in “Polish Company of Responsible Business” category, the 2nd place in “Pharmacy and Medicine” category and the 6th place in general ranking – ranking organized since 2007 by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna daily in cooperation with Forum of Responsible Business and PwC company.
- Well-Perceived Company – title awarded in the contest organized by Business Center Club. The competition awards companies which are perceived and judged as the most socially responsible ones in individual regions.
- Andrzej Wierzbicki Award for Jerzy Starak the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Polpharma SA Pharmaceutical Works – awarded by The Lewiatan Awarding Committee and the Management Board of PKPP Lewiatan for an outstanding entrepreneur.
- Forbes’ Diamonds 2011 – awarded by Forbes magazine for the top position in the ranking of companies which experienced the most dynamic growth in their value.
- Sports Patron 2010 – an honorary title awarded by the Sports and Recreation Centre in Starogard Gdański.
- A nomination for the Golden Paper Clip Awards 2010 fortwo projects: “National Sexual Health Campaign” and “Corporate Volunteering – Polpharma for the Child and Family Support Centre in Michalin” – shortlisted for the first prize in the eight edition of the prestigious Polish PR contest organized by the Association of Public Relations Companies.
- 1st place in Pomeranian region in the Pillars of Polish Economy ranking organized by “Puls Biznesu” newspaper.
- 5th place in “Exact Sciences” category in the Ideal Employer 2010 ranking under The Universum Professional Survey, among 17 000 employees in Poland.
- Polish Cardiology Partner in the years 2006-2010 – title awarded by the Polish Cardiac Society for the fifth time in recognition of Polpharma contribution to the development of cardiology in Poland.
- Best Pharmaceutical Production Company in Europe for Polpharma – distinction awarded by the British magazine “The New Economy”.
- Champion in the “pharmaceutical company” category - distinction awarded by the „Gazeta Farmaceutyczna" during annual Polish Pharmacy Day.
- Champion of Business – distinction for Polpharma in the innovation category awarded by the Businessmann.pl magazine
- Finalist in the Process Excellence Award, in the Best Green Process Improvement Project; international contest organized by IQPC, the UK based organization.
- 4th place among the most innovative companies in Poland in 2008 in the ranking made by the Institute of Economics Polish Academy of Sciences; the distinction awarded in 2010.
- 7th place in the ranking of the largest investors in research and development in Poland, conducted by the Institute of Economics Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN); the distinction was awarded in 2010, the data from the ranking concerned the year 2008.
- Second place in the “Ideal Employer" ranking in the Medicine and Pharmacy category in 2009 and 2010 and third place in the Exact and Natural Sciences category in 2010 under the Universum Student Survey.
- 15th place in the ranking of Responsible Companies in Poland in 2010, published by Gazeta Prawna daily newspaper, and created by experts from the Business Ethics Centre under the patronage of the Responsible Business Forum. It is at the same time the third place among Polish companies which are not part of international corporations.

Golden Basket and Sponsor of the Year for Polpharma – distinctions awarded by The Polish Basketball Federation, 2010. The Golden Basket is the first basketball reward in Poland.
- Second place in the “Ideal Employer” ranking in the Exact and Natural Sciences Category under the Polish Student Survey.
- Award of the PLUS GSM network for the innovativeness of an IT solution in 2007 “Universal number in Telephone, Car, and PDA”.
- Laureate of the Business Superbrands 2007 competition – the Polpharma brand was included in the group of the strongest business brands in the Polish market.
- “Ubi Caritas” award in the “Caritas Donor” category for the commitment to the support for the poor and the disadvantaged, 2007.
- Golden Eagles – award in the 9th issue of the National Advertising Festival for Ranigast: “Gastric Trilogy”.
- Europe Health 2006 Health Leader – title awarded to the company by the Reader’s Digest readers under the category: “Company Enjoying a Great Opinion”.
- The Guardian of the Great Seal of Polish Pharmacy – title awarded by the Supreme Pharmaceutical Council for work for the benefit of pharmacy, 2006.
- Distinction in the “Human Resources Management Leader” competition – awarded by the Institute of Labor and Social Affairs for investing in the development of talents, 2006.
- Friend of Polish Cardiology 2003, 2004, 2005 – title awarded three times by the Central Board of the Polish Cardiac Society as recognition for excellent cooperation with the cardiologic circles in the popularization of the idea of cardiologic prevention in society, implementation of innovative social and educational programs and contribution to the reduced incidence of cardiovascular diseases among Poles.
- Ubi Caritas Award in the “Sponsoring” category, awarded by Caritas Polska for effective, regular cooperation and commitment to the provision of assistance to those in need, 2005.
- Nomination to the title of Best of European Business under the “Innovation” category in the competition of “Financial Times” and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants for the most dynamically developing Polish enterprises, 2005.
- Advocate of Polish Medicine Academy – title awarded by the Awarding Committee of Polish Medicine Academy for activities for the advancement of pharmaceutical and medical sciences, 2005.
- Economic Award of the President of the Republic of Poland in the “Best Polish Enterprise” category, 2004.
- Friend of a General Practitioner 2004 – title awarded by the Polish General Practice Society.
- The Best Computerized Enterprise in the “Chemical and pharmaceutical Industry” category – award of the TELEINFO 100 Report, 2004.
- Individuality of the Market – Merkury 2004 – award of readers of the “Rynki Zagraniczne” (“Foreign Markets”) magazine awarded to the company for the marketing of drugs based on the latest technologies and for the initiation and co-organization of social prevention campaigns, including the European Educational Program.
- Heart for Heart – a medal awarded by the Women’s Council of Polish Red Cross for the support to children from the poorest families, 2004.
- Nomination to the “Enterprise Plus Technology” competition, organized by Polkomtel SA, in the “Internal business solutions” category, 2004.
- Open Door Statuette – awarded to the Company by the Polish Society for Mentally Disabled Persons, Skarszewy Group, 2004.
- Donor of the Year 2003 – medal awarded by the “Wspólna Droga” (“United Way”) Foundation which is the Polish branch of the American “United Way” Foundation, operating in 70 countries.
- Third place in the ranking of the “Newsweek Polska” weekly, entitled “Employers of the Year 2003” in the “Chemical Industry” category.
- Distinction in the “Caring Employer” competition, organized by the “Rzeczpospolita” daily and the IMC Kariera consulting firm for companies which take exceptional care of their employees and who have applied special programs for employees who were made redundant, 2003.
- Dobra Firma 2003 – award of the “Rzeczpospolita” daily for the quickest and most effectively developing enterprises in the Polish economy.
- Cristal Butterfly – a distinction awarded by Jolanta Kwaśniewska’s “Communication Without Barriers” Foundation for “huge heart and sensitivity to the lives of those in need”, 2003.
- Success of the Year 2003 in Healthcare in the “Achievement of the Year 2003 in Healthcare – educational and training activities” category – award granted to POLPHARMA and Polish Cardiac Society for the performance of the Polscreen Program.
- Nomination for the Economic Award of the President of the Republic of Poland in the “Polish Enterprise” category, 2003.
- Friend of the Medical Academy – title awarded by the Medical Academy in Gdańsk (AMG) as a thanks for showing sympathy and care, and for supporting scientific, medical and educational activities of AMG in 2002.
- Employer of the Year 2002 – fist place in the ranking of the Business Centre Club and the “Newsweek Polska” weekly in the “Chemicals, Cosmetics, and Pharmaceuticals” category.
- Polish Business Leader 2002 in the 12th issue of the Business Centre Club competition in the category of large enterprises; award granted for: “dynamic increase in sales, high economic effectiveness, effective strategy of brand reinforcement and company prestige, best quality pharmaceutical products, particular care for environmental protection and noble openness to the support for those in need”.
- Amber Leader – award granted by the Gdańsk Lodge of Business Centre Club, 2001.
- Employer – organizer of safe work - 1st place in the Pomorskie voivodship and distinction at the national level in the 6th issue of the annual competition of the National Labour Inspectorate, 2000.
