About the ranking list
The “TOP 500 CEE” ranking list was developed by Coface, an international receivables insurer and a business intelligence outfit. The developers of the ranking analyse such factors as sector structure, changes to profitability and employment, as well as the condition of the markets in which the companies operate. For groups of companies, members’ consolidated results were taken into consideration to show the real importance and power of the largest companies of the region. In Poland, the latest edition was once again prepared in collaboration with the Rzeczpospolita daily and the results were officially announced on 5 September 2018 during the 28th Economic Forum in Krynica Zdrój in Salon Rzeczpospolitej.
